A highly rated holiday accommodation offering guests a quiet, spacious and modern country estate vibe set on approx 5.0813 hectares (approx. 12.5 acres).

The property consists of three buildings that cover approximately 855sqm in total.

The spectacular main lodge offers exquisite attention to detail and clever design features, allowing several options on how the space can be used.

Upon entering the huge entranceway, you know you have arrived somewhere of quality. The commercial grade flooring throughout boasts heat pump powered underfloor heating for those cooler months.
Downstairs offers the owner their own huge open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area that over-looks the garden full of rhododendrons and some native trees.
Upstairs the spacious, private office with kitchenette, over-looks the garden and leads onto the private deck which also can be accessed from the spacious master bedroom.

The luxury ensuite master bathroom consists of an infra red sauna, massive walk-in shower and corner spa bath.
The walk-in wardrobe has a large amount of space and even includes a dressing room.

Back downstairs, there is a large formal lounge with wood burner and dining room, a cleverly positioned serving hatch from a second kitchen that adjoins the owners kitchen, allowing for the seamless delivery of food to guests or even a large family gathering.

From the high ceiling corridor that leads away from the main entrance, there's a separate formal lounge, three ensuited bedrooms, storage rooms for linen, a large garage and a laundry. A 'design gem' is the shower room which leads you outside to the spa plus swimming pool and sauna.

Outside, walking past a 'wall of budding rhododendrons', you head towards the further guest/family accommodation. Again, built to a high standard with great design features, this four ensuited bedroom property with small office, kitchen and dining area, would be a delightful place for anyone to stay for a few nights or long term.

The third accommodation building has an almost identical floor area to the second building however the final 'fit out' of bathrooms, kitchen and flooring is yet to be completed.

An amazing property which has been used as a motel in the past but offers the discerning buyer an opportunity to take what has already being achieved to another level.
