615 Highgate MAORI HILL, Dunedin City

AUCTION to be held on site on Tuesday 11th February 2014 at 5.30pm (Prior Unconditional Offers Considered)

My Vendors want to be sold come Auction day and are very motivated.
A must view property for people looking for a project in one of Dunedin's premier suburbs. Nearly completely original and ripe for renovation, this is an amazing opportunity. So roll up your sleeves, get your tools ready and get to the auction, this is a rare opportunity.
The location is excellent, there is huge potential and this is your last weekend to view before the auction. Don't miss out!!!!
