221 Union Street Milton, Clutha District

Why rent when you can buy this cosy warm 3 bedroom home that is just 5 minutes to the Four Square and schools. Insulated in ceiling and external walls, heat pump and wood burner - that's winter sorted. Walls are all gibbed so none of that dreaded scrim. All the cladding has been replaced and walls insulated. Double bedrooms throughout, lovely updated bathroom, new carpet and heat pump. So light and bright, a fantastic family home. Still has character with rolled roof on verandah. Fully fenced section is 1012sqm (more or less) and is a blank canvas. Heaps of room for veges and kids to play. Spring is just around the corner so plenty of time to get those gardens ready. A gorgeous cottage garden at the front maybe? Cute wee playhouse just crying out to be converted to a chook house. 40/45 minutes drive to Dunedin. Be in quick as this one won't be around for long.
